Truman Lounge

Today most of the interns went to the District of Columbia Public Library to install the "Peace Through Art: World Pieces" exhibit. This is the last week for several of the Georgetown program interns, so afterwards, we had lunch at the National Press Club.

We ate in the Truman Lounge, which holds the Club's most interesting artifacts such as the piano Harry Truman and Hollywood starlet, Lauren Bacall played in 1945.
